I Have Given You Authority Over The Enemy To Bind And Loose, Shut And Open

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

January 8, 2010:

I was praying this morning for a man who has been diagnosed with cancer, and the Lord revealed that other men in the church he attends have been afflicted with cancer and died. And, the Lord said: “Satan has opened a door against My servants and has established a stronghold. That assignment must be broken and that door shut before healing will come. I have given you authority over the enemy to bind and loose, shut and open.” I was reminded of a nearby town where there had been an unusually high number of teenagers who had died in accidents or suicide in a short period of time. That trend continued until someone from that town prayed and shut the door on that attack.

Matthew 16:19 “And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

One may have logged onto one’s computer around 3:20 AM.  One may have opened the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin for today.  One may have been blown away by the message.

Yesterday an individual may have talked about an unfortunate circumstance that an individual may have been in.  Another individual may have responded, “Generational curses.”  One may have interjected, “But it can be broken.”

The message for today may have prompted one to take action during one’s prayer closet time to do exactly what the message said.  One may have decided that one would pray for the individual that’s in the unfortunate circumstance.  One may have prayed first for the Lord’s leading and guidance.

Once inside one’s prayer closet, one may have prayed for the individual in need.  One may have sung praises to the Lord, confessed one’s sins, prayed for the sick and the passage of scripture for today.  One may have been led to Romans 3.

One may have logged onto the website to pray for outstanding prayer requests.  Thank you Jesus for hearing and answering one’s prayers according to your perfect will, in Jesus’ name, one may pray, amen.
