If You Can Receive It, I Am Doing A New Work In You

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — February 24, 2010:

You must not overlook the details of life’s requirements by focusing on the big picture and the goal. By the same token, you cannot lose vision and purpose by paying too much attention to the details. It is like looking at an entire landscape, seeing both near and far. You can see where you are going, but you have to walk the path step by step to get there. I bring this to you as spiritual perspective, My people, because there are those who are near-sighted and those who are far sighted. There needs to be a balance between the parts and the whole, and if you can receive it, I am doing that work in you. It is you in the Kingdom; I have given you entrance, but you must work it out in your individual circumstances. I am with you to help you do that, says the Lord.

Philippians 2:12 Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

One may have awakened before midnight and decided to do some work.  Around 2:00 AM, one may have tried to go back to sleep.  One eventually got up after a while.  One knew that one would pay dearly for not getting enough rest before one’s prayer time with Jesus.

One may have looked at the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin.  One may have taken it to heart.  There may be something in one’s life that may take all one’s time that things such as this blog may have taken a back seat.  One may have noticed that one may be late or have trouble getting up in the morning for one special time with Jesus lately because one may be so tired from driving oneself to get some time sensitive work done.  Please forgive one Lord Jesus.

One may have entered one’s prayer closet on time but may have been engrossed in thought.  One finally snapped out of it and it may have been 3:33 AM.  Please forgive one Lord Jesus.

One may have praised the Lord with song, confessed one’s sins and thanked the Lord.  One may have prayed for a passage of scripture.  One may have been led to Psalms 58.  Thank you Jesus.

One may have gotten really tired while in one’s prayer closet.  One may have tried to get a little rest so that one could concentrate.

Upon leaving one’s prayer closet, one may have thought to drink a glass of orange juice to pick one up.  After drinking the juice, one may have felt rejuvenated and prayed for the outstanding prayer requests at the particular website.  Thank you Lord Jesus for answering each prayer request, in Jesus’ name one may pray, amen.  Thank you Lord for your help by strengthening one and getting one through the prayer requests.
