Believe And You Shall Receive, Says The Lord

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

THE TRUMPET by Bill Burns — April 5, 2010:

This is My purpose, says, the Lord: I have come to bring you into My kingdom, an eternal kingdom. I have come to position you; to lead and guide you. Follow Me, and I will bring the blessing of the kingdom into your life. For not only will I bring you into the salvation experience, but I will baptize you in the power of the most Holy Spirit. I will reveal Myself to you, and I will provide for you. These things are absolute truth, so I say to you believe and you shall receive, says the Lord.

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — April 5, 2010:

You are beginning a new cycle of events. As the earth is designed to go through cycles and seasons, so are you. The season you are entering into will parallel and be similar in essence to what you experienced in 2001. However, you now have more wisdom and spiritual maturity that will assist you in your journey. Be prepared for a new day and a new time of exponential growth, says the Lord.

Genesis 8:22 “While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, winter and summer, and day and night shall not cease.”

One may have awakened to the sound of the alarm at 3:00 AM.  One may have reset the time for 3:20 AM.  One may have got up at the sound of the next alarm.

One may have logged onto one’s computer and checked the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin for today.  One may have been eager to hear what the Lord had to say.  One may have been encouraged and yet puzzled about the year 2001.  2001 may have held many trials and tribulations for one.

One may have fallen short lately.  One may be discouraged and disappointed at some things that may be going on in one’s life.  One may want things to happen, yesterday.  One may not have done some things that one may have been instructed to do by the Lord.  One may not have felt like it due to one’s discouragement and disappointment.  Please forgive one for one’s rebellion Lord Jesus.

One may have considered one’s financial situation, which may have sealed it for one not to do a particular thing.  One may not have demonstrated faith.  Please forgive one Lord Jesus. One may not be in control, God is.

One may have opened one’s door to proceed to one’s prayer closet.  One’s cat may have been lying at the door.  One may have given the cat food and changed its water.

One may have entered one’s prayer closet at 3:30 AM.  One may have sung praises to the Lord.  One may have been cleaning while one may have been praising.  One may have left one’s prayer closet briefly to get the brush for the cat that may have been getting cat hair everywhere.

While in one’s prayer closet one began to confess one’s sins.  One may have taken a long time with this.  One may have found that one consistently thought about situations that occurred during the previous day or one may have had vain imaginations about certain individuals and events.

One may have prayed to the Lord to help one to stay focus.  One may have talked with the Lord about the issues and asked Him to help take them away.  One may have known that the issues belonged to Jesus and one may have needed to let Him handle them.

One may have finally got through one’s confessions and it may have been past the time that one should leave one’s prayer closet to pray for outstanding prayer requests on a certain website.

One may have decided to stay with Jesus a little longer and to try to get back on track and to finish out one’s prayer time with the Lord.  One may have wanted to make things right with Jesus.

One may have thanked the Lord and prayed for a passage of scripture for today’s blog.  One may have asked the Lord to help one to remember the passage of scripture for today.  The scripture for today may be Jeremiah 21.  Thank you Jesus!

One may have forgotten the passage of scripture lately for several blogs.  No matter how much one may have prayed to the Lord and asked for help, no help came to one. One may have thought this morning that the reason for the lack of help may be that lately one would post the passage of scripture with out reading it for oneself.  This thought may have been recurring in one’s mind recently.

One may believe that the Lord may have been wroth with one.  One may get it and one may have promised the Lord to read today’s passage of scripture.

One may have read today’s passage of scripture before leaving one’s prayer closet.  One may have continued to read subsequent chapters as well.

This morning as one may write, one may feel alive at this moment and ready to do the Lord’s bidding.  Thank you Jesus for cleaning one’s slate and restoring one to one’s rightful place with You.  Thank you Lord for helping one to see the error of one’s ways.

One may have logged onto the website (after one left one’s prayer closet) to pray for outstanding prayer requests.  Thank you Jesus for answering each prayer request according to Your perfect will, amen.
