You Are My Battle Axes And My Weapons Of War, I Will Train You To Gain The Victory

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — July 20, 2010:

I kept hearing in my spirit the phrase “new batch of recruits.” And, the Lord said: I am the Commander of the Army of the Lord, and I am recruiting those who have a heart to serve and fight against the enemy forces that have gathered against the kingdom of the Most High. You are My battles axes and My weapons of war, and I will train you to gain the victory through the sharp sword of My Word, says the Lord. The call for new recruits has gone forth, but the choice is yours as to whether you will be a force for good against evil.

Jeremiah 51:20 You are My battle-ax and weapons of war: for with you I will break the nation in pieces; with you I will destroy kingdoms.

One may have awakened to the sound of the 3:00 AM alarm.  One may have dozed off.  One may have awakened on one’s own.  One may have looked at the time and may have thought it to be 3:11 AM.  One may have waited a few minutes and looked again.  The time may have been the same.  One may have gotten one’s glasses and may have discovered that it may have been 3:49 AM and one may have been late for one’s prayer time.

One may have logged onto one’s computer and may have read the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin for today.  One may have been encouraged.  Thank You Jesus!

One may have done a few things before entering one’s prayer closet.  One may have entered at 4:05 AM.  One may have praised the Lord, confessed one’s sins, thanked the Lord, prayed for the sick and prayed for a passage of scripture for today’s blog.  One may have been led to Mark 13.  Thank You Jesus!

One may have attempted to log onto the computer to pray for outstanding prayer requests.  The Internet service may have been unavailable.  One may have done some writing instead and may have gone to sleep.

One may have prayed for the outstanding prayer request later today.  Thank You Lord for answering each prayer request according to Your perfect will, in Jesus’ name, amen.
