SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS:

You have entered a season of change where old things are ending before new doors will open. These changes will take place on a variety of levels and will produce a sense of discomfort. You might even experience some level of anxiety. But, at the very least you will have that out-of-pocket feeling. Do not overreact to your feelings. This is a period of temporary adjustments along the way, for I am positioning you for greater liberty of body, soul and spirit, says the Lord. Don’t be afraid.

Joshua 1:9 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”

I Will Direct Your Steps

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 12/8/2010:

Beloved, embrace the changes, both naturally and spiritually, that will take you on the next leg of your journey. These are likely to be smaller course corrections rather than broad, sweeping changes. But, either way, stay flexible and willing to go with the flow of My Spirit, says the Lord, and I will direct your steps.

Isaiah 52:12 For you shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight; for the LORD will go before you, and the God of Israel will be your rear guard.

I Call You To Come Forth In Renewed Purpose And Power

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 11/10/2010:

Beloved, the changes that have occurred in the past few years have given cause to redefine yourself. You have even been tempted to believe that you have lost your identity somewhere along the line, which is not true. You are still unique and precious in My sight. And, I am molding you and bringing clarity to your life according to who you are in Me. You have lost nothing; the cherished elements of your character and nature are ready to emerge in high definition, and I call you to come forth in renewed purpose and power, says the Lord.

Isaiah 58:14 Then you shall delight yourself in the LORD; and I will cause you to ride on the high hills of the earth, and feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father. The mouth of the LORD has spoken.

Go Forth With Confidence In Me

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

THE TRUMPET by Bill Burns — Sept. 28, 2010:

The Lord says you are in a time of advancement. No longer are you to stay spiritually where you are. Rise up and take the sword that has been spoken about and go forth in pure worship that comes from a pure heart. Go forth with confidence in Me. For when you trust Me I will be with you. When you trust Me I will give you victory. When you trust Me you shall never have need or want in this earth. When you trust Me sickness will flee. When you trust Me poverty will be diminished and taken away. As you trust Me, says the Lord, then truly I shall walk with you and you shall walk with Me in the glory of this kingdom, even now, says the Lord.

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — Sept. 28, 2010:

In this time of new beginnings, there will be changes that either affect you directly or indirectly. Be prepared to be flexible and to go with the moving of My Spirit. The test will be for you to face and overcome fears of the unknown. Trust Me in times of instability for it will be momentary in the grand scheme of things. I am your Rock and the solid foundation under your feet. Stand in unwavering faith, says the Lord.

Psalms 62:7 In God is my salvation and my glory; The rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.

A Window Is Open In The Heavenlies That Will Present Extraordinary Opportunities

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — August 26, 2010:

A window is open in the heavenlies that will present extraordinary opportunities to re-organize and simplify a current situation. It won’t be the end of the world to miss this opportunity, but it would be to your advantage to respond affirmatively. Don’t be afraid to take the steps necessary to make these changes, says the Lord.

2 Corinthians 8:10-11 And in this I give advice: It is to your advantage not only to be doing what you began and were desiring to do a year ago; but now you also must complete the doing of it; that as there was a readiness to desire it, so there also may be a completion out of what you have.

One may have awakened this morning on one’s own.  One may have lain there for a few minutes and may have decided to check the time.  It may have been after 3:30 AM.  One may have been late for one’s prayer time with Jesus.

One may have entered one’s prayer closet at 3:40 AM.  One may have confessed one’s sins, thanked the Lord and prayed for a passage of scripture for today’s blog.  One may have been led to Psalms 55.  Thank You Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — April 2, 2010:

Beloved, be flexible as you begin the process of being repositioned. This is also a time when you will have to reorganize to make the best use of your time and resources. The changes you face at this time are for your ultimate benefit. I am with you to bring you to greater perfection in your walk with Me, says the Lord. Draw near to Me and trust Me to give you wisdom and to direct your steps.

Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

One may have awakened this morning.  One may have discovered that one’s Internet connection may not have been working.  One may have called one’s Internet provider only to discover that one could talk to someone live between 9 AM-10 PM.

One may have been discouraged.  One may have tried rebooting the modem and router before calling.  The modem may have stayed in search mode.

One may have gone to one’s prayer closet without reading the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin for today.  One may have begun to praise the Lord with song.

One may have thought to leave one’s prayer closet to look for an item that one may not have found.  One may have returned to one’s prayer closet.

One may have been confessing one’s sins and one’s dog may have whined to go outside.  One may have taken the dog outside while continuing to confess one’s sins.  Once inside one’s prayer closet, one may have finished confessing one’s sins.  One may have thanked the Lord and prayed for a passage of scripture for today.

Upon leaving one’s prayer closet, one may have discovered that one’s modem may have been working.  Thank you Jesus!

One may have logged onto the website to pray for outstanding prayer requests.  Lord Jesus, thank you for answering each prayer according to your perfect will, amen.
