I Will Lead You By The Still Waters So That You Can Still Your Soul

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

THE TRUMPET by Bill Burns — June 21, 2010:

Tell My people that I am about to turn the volume up on My voice.  There is much noise in the world; there is clamoring; crusading; all manor of evil, and they all have a voice.  Those whose ears have been defiled by those things that have taken place in the world will now come into an opportunity to hear My voice if they have never heard it before.  For, it is necessary that you begin to desire to hear Me above and beyond everything else that takes up your time; everything that speaks into your life and is a distraction to you in this world.  Whether it be the radio, the TV, or the voice of people, those things can all become a distraction to you and prohibit you from hearing My voice, says the Lord.

It is necessary that I watch over you, and lead you into the fullness of the kingdom that I have prepared for you.  And, for those things which are written to take place you must now hear My voice.  I will speak in ways that you are not used to.  I will speak to you, and you will hear in a manner that you are not accustomed to.  I will pour out of My Spirit upon you and I will show you signs in the earth and heavens above.  I will lead you by the still waters so that you can still your soul and quiet those things which hinder you so that you can indeed hear Me, says the Most High.

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — June 21, 2010:

In a vision I saw a huge piece of bread being spread with soft butter or oil, and I heard the Lord say, “I am your bread and butter.” I took that to mean that He is our provision, but I also saw it as He is the bread of life, the Word, and the oil or anointing. Then, He said, “Taste and see that I am good.”

Psalms 34:8 Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!

One may have awakened this morning.  One may have turned off one’s alarm and may have fallen back asleep.  One may have awakened later, on one’s own.  One may have looked at the time; it may have been close to 5:00 AM.

One may have gotten up and read the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin for today.  One may have been so encouraged that one may have read it several times over.  Thank you Jesus!

One may have entered one’s prayer closet at 5:08 AM.  One may have asked the Lord to forgive one for going back to sleep.  One may have praised the Lord with Song, confessed one’s sins, thanked the Lord and prayed for a passage of scripture for today’s blog.  One may have been led to Jeremiah 38.  Thank You Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — February 3, 2010:

Come into My presence and be still. Release every burden and every disturbing thought and emotion, and just rest. For, certainly as you are quiet before Me, I will comfort you, fill you to overflowing with My Spirit, and release healing and restoration into your entire being. No more worry or striving or clamoring. Just rest. I am the God who heals you and delivers you from calamity and destruction, says the Lord.

Psalm 91:1-11 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.” Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence. He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you. Only with your eyes shall you look, and see the reward of the wicked. Because you have made the LORD, who is my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling place, no evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling; for He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways.

One may have awakened a little after midnight.  One may have done some writing.  One may have checked the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin around 3:15 AM.  Thank you Jesus!

One may have entered one’s prayer closet on time.  One may have sung praises to the Lord.  One may have been discouraged by an event that may have taken place the previous day.  One may have talked to the Lord until one may have felt better.  One may have prayed for help, leading and guidance.  One may have confessed one’s sins, thanked the Lord and prayed for a passage of scripture.  One may have been led to Psalms 53.  Thank you Jesus!

At 4:30 AM, one may have left one’s prayer closet.  One may have logged onto the website to pray for outstanding prayer requests.  Thank you Lord Jesus for answering each prayer request according to your will, in Jesus’ name, one may pray, amen.
