Don’t Get Stuck In A Rut; Keep Seeking; Keep Moving

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns 11/24/11:

Resist the temptation to settle into religious complacency–that place where you are satisfied with what you already know. I have more to teach you. Let Me lead you on an adventure of fresh excitement in obtaining a greater measure of spiritual reality and a closer relationship with Me, says the Lord. Don’t get stuck in a rut; keep seeking; keep moving.

Philippians 3:12 Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me.

One may have begun to praise the Lord with song with song at 3:30 AM. One may have confessed one’s sins, thanked the Lord and prayed for a passage of scripture for today.  One may have been led to Leviticus 16 – The Day of Atonement.  Thank You Jesus!

One may have read the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin for today and may have been encouraged.  Thank You Jesus!

One may have logged onto the website to pray for outstanding prayer requests.  Lord Jesus, thank You for answering each prayer request according to Your perfect will.  Amen.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Be Willing To Move Ahead With A New Sense Of Life And Spiritual Energy

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 4/20/11:

Beloved, don’t get stuck in old ways of thinking or ways of doing things. Making changes outwardly is a sign of a spiritual regeneration and renewal. You don’t have to deliberately change anything; the changes will come to you. New possibilities will challenge lethargy and apathy. Be willing to move ahead with a new sense of life and spiritual energy, says the Lord.

2 Corinthians 4:16 Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.

One may have been ill this morning.  One may have entered one’s prayer closet at 3:30 AM.  One may have praised the Lord with song.  One may have confessed one’s sins and thanked the Lord in the confines of one’s bedroom.

One may have prayed for a passage of scripture for today’s blog.  One may have been led to Isaiah 10.  Thank You Jesus!

One may have logged onto the website to pray for outstanding prayer requests.  Thank You Lord for answering each prayer request according to Your perfect will, in Jesus’ name.  Amen.

One may have read the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin for today.  One may have been encouraged.  Thank You Jesus!
