He Who Has Called You Is Holy, You Also Be Holy In All Your Conduct

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

THE TRUMPET by Bill Burns — 4/11/11:

In this season I will bring your inheritance to light within your spirit.  For the kingdom of God is yours. The kingdom of God that has been preached is yours.  The kingdom promises that have been set forth in My word are yours to receive and yours to possess.  So rise up this day out of your weakness, out of your fear, out of your lack of faith, and say, what God has given to me I will choose this day to make mine by believing in His righteousness, in His goodness and in the power of His word.

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 4/11/11:

Seductions of the world abound. But you, My chosen, must keep yourself from entertaining the temptations of the evil one. I have given you the power and authority to rise above and have victory over all the devices of the devil. Exercise your authority and be strong. Know that I will strengthen you in times of weakness, says the Lord.

1 Peter 1:13-16 Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; as obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance; but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.”

Exercise Your Faith And Seek My Help

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 4/6/11:

You have had many opportunities through adversity to fall down and stay down. I call to you to gather your strength and get up. You are not without help; I am with you to lift you up again if you will refuse to give up. Exercise your faith and seek My help, says the Lord, for surely I will hear your cries and come to your aid. Trust Me to lift you up again.

Micah 7:8 Do not rejoice over me, my enemy; when I fall, I will arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD will be a light to me.

You Do Not Belong To Yourself; You Belong To Me

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 3/11/11:

What you might see as the winds of adversity, are really spiritual opportunities to exercise your faith and to overcome.  So, I say, rise up and take advantage of every situation to prove My existence and power in your life.  You do not belong to yourself; you belong to Me, says the Lord, and I have given authority to those who are Mine.  I have already gained the victory over Satan’s kingdom so that your victory is assured in all things.

1 John 5:4 For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world-our faith.

Rise Up Now And Exercise Your Senses To Discern Both Good And Evil

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 3/3/11:

Discern now the condition of your spiritual environment. Has it been defiled by the negative words spoken from a heart of frustration? Rise up now and exercise your senses to discern both good and evil, and choose to only retain that which is good. Ask for the wind of My Spirit to blow through your circumstances to purify and clear your atmosphere of all pollution, says the Lord. Let it be!

Mark 7:20-23 And He said, “What comes out of a man, that defiles a man. For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lewdness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness. All these evil things come from within and defile a man.”

One may have entered one’s prayer closet at 3:30 AM.  One may have praised the Lord with song, confessed one’s sins, thanked the Lord and prayed for a passage of scripture for today’s blog.  One may have been led to Judges 3.  Thank You Jesus!

Only Believe

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 2/8/11:

Don’t be afraid to take a break and relax. Your intensity in finding solutions to the problems you face will not even come close to the benefits of quiet rest in My presence and trusting Me to give you the necessary wisdom for breakthrough. This is not a time to tough it out in the strength of your own soul; it is a time to exercise resolute faith in My ability and willingness to bring you through every trial in victory, says the Lord. Only believe!

Psalm 107:28-31 Then they cry out to the LORD in their trouble, and He brings them out of their distresses. He calms the storm, so that its waves are still. Then they are glad because they are quiet; so He guides them to their desired haven. Oh, that men would give thanks to the LORD for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the children of men!

One may have overslept this morning.  One may not have heard the alarms; one’s phone may have been on silent mode

Be Strong And Do Not Lose Heart

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 11/16/2010:

Be strong and do not lose heart. Refuse to give up. The enemy would have you to believe in hopelessness, but he will not succeed as long as you maintain your position of hope. Give him no ground. Take the time and make the effort to exercise your faith and to believe Me and know that I have heard your prayers, says the Lord.

2 Corinthians 4:17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.

One may have awakened early this morning and may have felt discouraged.  One may have heard a voice that may have said that one should stop going into one’s prayer closet and that one should stop posting on one’s blog and on Facebook and Twitter.  One may have dismissed the thoughts.

One may have read the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin for today.  One may have been encouraged.  The message from the Lord today may have spoken to one’s heart.  Thank You Jesus!

Come, I Say, For I Will Set You Free

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

THE TRUMPET by Bill Burns — Oct. 11, 2010:

Arise My children and declare your liberty.   For I have come to set you free from all that has held you in bondage.  I have come to break you out of religious format and the dryness and deadness of religious exercise.  I have come to set you free from the torment of religious spirits that inhabit this earth.  I have come to set you free this day that you may be established from the rock of your faith, the rock of your belief, that Rock called Christ Jesus, the Lord of Glory.  Come and be healed and renewed and let the presence of God bring a refreshing of your spirit, soul and body.  Come, I say, for I will set you free, says the Lord Most Holy.

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — Oct. 11, 2010:

This is a time when your spiritual roots can grow deeper and stronger. It is imperative that you get rooted and grounded in My Word, for your roots will produce shoots in due season. Put down roots in truth and righteousness by discerning good and evil and choosing good, says the Lord.

Hebrews 12:12-15 Therefore strengthen the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees, and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be dislocated, but rather be healed. Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord: looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled.

One may have awakened early this morning.  One may have read the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin for today.  One may have been encouraged.
