SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS:

Stay focused, and refuse to be scattered through trying to take on more than you can effectively handle. Take the time necessary to establish yourself in peace and tranquility so that the enemy cannot find an inroad. Confusion and chaos are the devil’s playground, but I have given you the peace that surpasses all natural understanding. Settle down in the emotional and mental stability that I have provided, says the Lord.

Philippians 4:6-7 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Be Aware, Beloved, That A Haughty Spirit Is Trying To Find An Inroad That Could Cause You To Stumble

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS:

Be aware, beloved, that a haughty spirit is trying to find an inroad that could cause you to stumble.  It will try to find a way in through misunderstanding and offense.  But, you are well able to discover it and avert its purpose, which is to divide and conquer.  Stay alert to the possibilities because you know that pride goes before a fall and a haughty spirit before destruction.  These are not results that you want to endure.  Stay ahead of this one, and you will be strengthened, says the Lord.

Proverbs 15:1 A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.

One may have entered one’s prayer closet at 3:30 AM.  One may have praised the Lord with song, confessed one’s sins, thanked the Lord and prayed for the sick.
