The Responsibility For Success Or Failure Is Not Yours But Mine

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 2/24/11:

My children, be diligent to do what I have called you to do. But know this, the enemy will come to bring insecurity and cause you to get self-focused. He will undermine your confidence and boldness in what I have set before you. Do not look at yourselves or consider whether you have succeeded or failed. The responsibility for success or failure is not yours but Mine. Yours is not to calculate the impact of your efforts, but to only pledge allegiance to Me and allow Me to direct your every step, says the Lord.

Psalms 18:35 You have also given me the shield of Your salvation; Your right hand has held me up, Your gentleness has made me great.

Receive The Revelation Of This Hour

It’s All About Jesus!

THE TRUMPET by Bill Burns — 2/14/11:

So come and arise My children and let your light shine. Receive the revelation of this hour. Arise to your place within the kingdom, where your understanding is nourished by My presence. When I bring the revelation of the times and the seasons in which you live, it is not only to give you life but it is to prepare the path that is before you that you may walk on this path with great joy. You know that when I establish a path before you that I will direct you to where your destiny is fulfilled. Do not worry about what is behind you for I am your rear guard. I have not only protected that which is before you but I have protected that which is behind you. You will come to a position of clarity and revelation and the understanding that I am indeed with you preparing the way that leads into the glory of the kingdom. I am calling unto you today to make your way nearer and closer to Me than you have ever been before, says the Lord.

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 2/14/11:

In a vision I saw a valley begin to fill up with people. At first I thought they were warriors, but then I saw that they were worshipers. And, I heard some of them tuning their instruments. And, I hear the Lord saying that He has called those who are in the Valley of Baca (the place of weeping) to worship their way to victory.

Psalms 84:6 As they pass through the Valley of Baca, they make it a spring; the rain also covers it with pools.

Refuse To Get Stuck In Indecision

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 2/9/11:

This is a time when decisive action will be required if you are to make any progress. Your challenges will come in situations where you have been ambiguous. Ask Me for wisdom, direction, and guidance, and I will certainly impart it to you, says the Lord. But, when you sow double-mindedness into your circumstances, you will only reap confusion and uncertainty. Refuse to get stuck in indecision.

James 1:5-8 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.

One may have entered one’s prayer closet at 3:30 AM.  One may have praised the Lord with song, confessed one’s sins, thanked the Lord and prayed for a passage of scripture for today’s blog.  One may have been led to 1 Kings 22.  Thank You Jesus!

Come And Commune With Me In The Secret Place

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 2/4/11:

If you will diligently and urgently seek My face with all your heart instead of only looking for me to manifest outwardly, I will release you into a place of freedom and rest. This inward connection is where faith is born; it is the place where prayer is answered. Come and commune with Me in the secret place, which is even hidden from all trouble and stress. Come into My rest, says the Lord, and let Me establish you in peace and joy.

Matthew 6:6 But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.

One may have heard the alarm resound several times.  One may have finally checked the time; it may have been exactly 3:30 AM.  One may have hurried to one’s prayer closet.  One may not have grabbed one’s Bible and may have thought to grab it after beginning one’s prayer time.  One may not have wanted to be late or to miss one’s blessings for the day.

One may have entered one’s prayer closet at 3:30 AM.  One may have made it.  Hallelujah!  Thank You Jesus!  One may have praised the Lord with song, confessed one’s sins, thanked the Lord and prayed for a passage of scripture for today’s blog.  One may have been led to Acts 7.  One may have smiled knowing that the Lord had chosen this scripture and how perfect and awesome He may be.  Yesterday’s scripture for the day may have been Acts 8.  At that time, one may have thought how one may like Acts 7 as well.  Thank You Jesus!

I Am The Master Carpenter, And I Call You To Come To Me For Reconstruction

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 2/1/11:

Beloved, I am the Master Carpenter, and I call to you to come to Me for reconstruction. Let Me do a work in you, and I will square you away to be level and plumb, upright and righteous, so that the components of your life all fit together with spiritual precision. Nothing will be out of place or off balance if you will yield to this work and let Me have My way, says the Lord.

Amos 7:7 Thus He showed me: Behold, the Lord stood on a wall made with a plumb line, with a plumb line in His hand.

I Bless Those Who Bless Me

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 1/28/11:

How beautiful it is for you to share your heart of faith with another. It is a glorious thing for you to build one another up in your most holy faith and to encourage each other through My Word. Your tenderness towards Me is precious in My sight, says the Lord, and I bless those who bless Me.

Isaiah 52:7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who proclaims peace, who brings glad tidings of good things, who proclaims salvation, who says to Zion, “Your God reigns!”

Remember That I Have Given You Authority And Power To Overcome

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 1/21/11:

Stir yourself up in your most holy faith. Push back the darkness that tries to encroach and violate your boundaries and the rights of your covenant with Me, says the Lord. Refuse the attacks of the enemy, which are designed to bring you down in oppression and reproach. Let your light shine so that the darkness is dispelled and the devil has no place in you. Remember that I have given you authority and power to overcome.

Jude 20-21: But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
