Deliverance And Blessings

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 1/18/11:

In a vision I saw the women of ancient Israel keeping watch as they waited expectantly for their warriors to come home. They were not worried that their men would not return victorious. Instead, they were excited about receiving the spoils of war. Then, over the rise the horsemen came into view. They weren’t running home as victims; they we’re marching home with dignity, their standard held high. They had engaged the enemy, the battle was arduous, but the victory was sweet. I asked the Lord about the vision, and He showed me that the warriors represent the spirit, and the women represent the soul or flesh. When we engage in spiritual warfare, we never have to fear losing the battle, and our soul should wait expectantly for the spoils of war — deliverance and blessing.

Psalm 42:5 Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him For the help of His countenance.

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — July 5, 2010:

I am a God who cannot lie, and I call you by My Spirit to be truthful and to keep your word. Do not swear or promise deceitfully by saying you will do something and then not do it. You, My people, must carry the integrity of the Kingdom in your hearts and in your actions. It is better for you not to make a promise at all than to promise and not fulfill it. Whatever you vow to men, you vow to Me, says the Lord.

Ecclesiastes 5:4 When you make a vow to God, do not delay to pay it; for He has no pleasure in fools. Pay what you have vowed-

One may have awakened this morning to the sound of one’s alarm.  One may have stayed in South Carolina.  One may have had a hard time getting logged onto one’s daughter’s computer.  The Internet connection may not have worked properly.  One may have grabbed one’s grandson’s computer and may have logged onto one’s e-mail.

One may have read the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin for today.  One may have been encouraged.  Thank You Jesus!

One may have prayed from the room where one may have stayed; it may have become one’s prayer closet.

One may have praised the Lord with song, confessed one’s sins, thanked the Lord and prayed for a passage of scripture for today.  One may have been led to Luke 9.  Thank You Jesus!
