Now Is The Time To Resolve Old Issues Before You Move Into The New Season

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 9/28/11:

Now is the time to resolve old issues before you move into the new season. I speak of such things as unforgiveness and bitterness against yourself and others. Allowing these things to exist in a fresh spiritual environment of possibilities would only pollute and defile clean and pristine opportunities. Enter this time with a clean heart. Examine yourself to see if you are in faith and ready to receive all that I have prepared for you, says the Lord.

Psalms 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

Be Reminded That You Are In A Season Of Restoration

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 5/10/11:

I speak to those who feel disconnected either from Me, says the Lord, or those who have been a source of encouragement in the past. You have not set out deliberately to pull away, but your focus has shifted and your life has taken a different turn. Now is the time to re-evaluate your life’s direction and consider the relationships that are important to you and then choose to let some go while reconnecting with others. Be reminded that you are in a season of restoration, and there are things that need to be recovered at this time.

Proverbs 25:25 As cold water to a weary soul, so is good news from a far country.

I Will Be Generous To Those Who Developed A Spirit Of Generosity

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 12/22/2010:

Beloved, do not withhold what you have the power to give. I alone have blessed you in numerous ways; I have gifted you in ways that not only can bring pleasure to you but can also overflow into the lives of others. I will be generous to those who have developed a generous spirit. It is My desire that you enter the flow of generosity, for you will receive by the same measure that you give, says the Lord.

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 11/23/2010:

whatever is necessary to maintain spiritual equilibrium. The enemy wants to get you off balance so that you will feel vulnerable and succumb to his lies about you. Make every effort to walk in the Spirit and see your issues and circumstances from an eternal perspective. Don’t take yourself or others too seriously. I am with you, and I will not forsake you, says the Lord. Look to Me for truth.

I Am The Lord God Of Heaven Who Watches Over All

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

THE TRUMPET by Bill Burns — Oct. 18, 2010:

Come unto Me all you who are weary and heavy laden.  Come, I say, and lay those burdens down.  Bring them once again to the altar of God.  Bring them and submit them to Me, for I alone can take these burdens, make the wrongs right, bring you from darkness into light, and bring you from faith to greater faith.  So this day, I say, release those burdens unto Me and rise up on wings of eagles and soar in the heavenlies.  Come face to face with Me now and you shall be renewed and set free, for I am the Lord God of heaven Who watches over all and I will bring you through to victory, says the Lord of Glory.

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — Oct. 18, 2010:

You are still in a season of harvest when you can enjoy the fruit of your labor, but at the same time old issues will present themselves for release and forgiveness of others as well as yourself. In this process you can discover the condition of your spirit and receive healing where there is still damage. Pay attention and yield to this important work of My Spirit, says the Lord. The result will be unprecedented liberty. Rejoice!

1 Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

I Am With You To Bring You Through Every Trial In Victory

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — Oct. 13, 2010:

Do not concern yourself with how others perceive you. Only concern yourself with your relationship to Me, says the Lord, and remember My love for you that is everlasting. It does not matter what others might think, believe or say; what matters is that you put your absolute faith and trust in Me and not in men. I will never leave you nor forsake you, and I am with you to bring you through every trial in victory. Stand solidly on that assurance.

Isaiah 33:6 Wisdom and knowledge will be the stability of your times, and the strength of salvation; the fear of the LORD is His treasure.

One may have had a challenging night.  One may not have been feeling too well and may have prayed one’s way through the symptoms.  Before one may have fallen asleep, one may have had chills and a stuffed up nose.  One may have prayed against these ailments and this may have been the beginning of a long night.

One may remember awakening and feeling chest congestion.  One may have prayed to the Lord, asking Him to remove the blanket of congestion over one’s lungs.  He may have.  One may have awakened numerous times more and prayed for whatever may have been ailing one until most of the symptoms had subsided.

One may have entered one’s prayer closet at 3:30 AM.  One may have praised the Lord with song.  One may have prayed a brief prayer and may have gone back to bed.  One may not have been feeling up to par.

One may not have taken medication last night.  One may have trusted Jesus first and foremost.  One may be feeling much better now; no, fever, stuffy nose, just occasional coughing or the blowing of one’s nostrils.  One may have even felt like running an errand this evening.

You are on the threshold of spiritual breakthrough, and the enemy is frantically doing all he can to keep this from happening. You are a threat to his invasion. Resist him at every turn, and he will flee, says the Lord. That is a promise!

James 4:7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
