Well Done My Beloved Servant, Says The Lord

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS:

I have heard your prayers for things that you would consider beyond your realm of responsibility, and I see and respond to your faith. Watch and be amazed at the answer to your prayer. You have reached higher and further than you ever thought possible, and I am well pleased with your desire to go higher in spiritual understanding and to exercise your faith on that level. Well done, My beloved servant, says the Lord.

Matthew 25:23 “His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.'”

He Is The Chief Cornerstone, His Word Is The Sword Of The Spirit

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 12/23/11:
I kept hearing in my spirit the words fine tuning. And, I heard the Lord say that this is a time to make adjustments in order to obtain optimum performance in the realm of the Spirit. He is going to hone our methods of prayer and warfare, like sharpening a blade on a stone. He is the chief cornerstone, His word is the sword of the Spirit, and He will prepare us for greater effectiveness and send us out to efficiently accomplish His will on the earth.

Isaiah 49:2 And He has made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of His hand He has hidden me, and made me a polished shaft; in His quiver He has hidden me.

Be Strong And Resolute, Says The Lord

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 11/23/11:

Refuse to allow yourself to get weary while standing in faith, in prayer, or in warfare. Seek My face and come into My presence where you can be refreshed and renewed. This is no time to get discouraged. Don’t give up! You are at the point of a significant breakthrough if you will just continue to fight through the opposition. Be strong and resolute, says the Lord.

Galatians 6:9 And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

I Am With You Always, Says The Lord

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns:

The challenges that you have faced since Rosh Hashanah (September 28-30, 2011) have been for the purpose of coming face to face with aspects of your life that needed attention. These situations presented an opportunity to either overcome and gain the victory or become a victim of circumstances. Those who have had breakthrough are those who exercised a higher level of faith both in prayer and warfare. For those who overcame and realized the victory, the only thing left for you to do is a spiritual version of mopping up after the mess. That is to apply the cleansing blood of Christ and be free from all defilement of flesh and spirit. For those who were victimized, you will have another opportunity down the road to overcome, but do not fear. I am with you always, says the Lord.

Matthew 28:20b “…and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

One may have heard one’s alarm go off.  One may have waited until the next alarm before one may have checked the time.  It may have been 3:35 AM and one may have been late for one’s special time with Jesus.  Please forgive one Lord Jesus.

Believe My Word, Exercise Your Faith, And Receive

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 4/1/11:

Do you hear My call for you to come up to a place of greater faith? Listen and hear the cry of My Spirit, says the Lord. You live in perilous times and you are bombarded by negative reports and statements of unbelief that have the ability to undermine your faith. But, I tell you the truth that all things are possible with Me if you will only ask in prayer and believe. This is not a time to base your faith on human wisdom and carnal understanding. Believe My Word, exercise your faith, and receive.

James 1:6-8 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.

One may have entered one’s prayer closet at 3:30 AM.  One may have praised the Lord with song, confessed one’s sins, thanked the Lord and prayed for a passage of scripture for today’s blog.  One may not remember the passage of scripture for today. Holy Spirit, please help one to remember, in Jesus’ name, one may pray, Amen.

The Holy Spirit may have brought this passage of scripture for this day back to one’s remembrance this morning, Esther 7 – Esther identifies Haman as her enemy.  One may have thought that one may have forgotten to post this blog on Friday.  One may have been glad to see that one may have.  One may have forgotten to post this blog to one’s Facebook page.  Oops!  Please forgive one Jesus. : -)

Come To Me With Sincerity Of Heart And Thanksgiving

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 2/18/11:

Let your prayer of faith come up before My face. Pray as I lead you and not according to the desires of your flesh and it will be a sweet aroma, which pleases Me, says the Lord. I hear and answer your prayers as you seek to walk in righteousness and purity. Come to Me with sincerity of heart and thanksgiving.

James 5:16 Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

Come And Commune With Me In The Secret Place

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 2/4/11:

If you will diligently and urgently seek My face with all your heart instead of only looking for me to manifest outwardly, I will release you into a place of freedom and rest. This inward connection is where faith is born; it is the place where prayer is answered. Come and commune with Me in the secret place, which is even hidden from all trouble and stress. Come into My rest, says the Lord, and let Me establish you in peace and joy.

Matthew 6:6 But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.

One may have heard the alarm resound several times.  One may have finally checked the time; it may have been exactly 3:30 AM.  One may have hurried to one’s prayer closet.  One may not have grabbed one’s Bible and may have thought to grab it after beginning one’s prayer time.  One may not have wanted to be late or to miss one’s blessings for the day.

One may have entered one’s prayer closet at 3:30 AM.  One may have made it.  Hallelujah!  Thank You Jesus!  One may have praised the Lord with song, confessed one’s sins, thanked the Lord and prayed for a passage of scripture for today’s blog.  One may have been led to Acts 7.  One may have smiled knowing that the Lord had chosen this scripture and how perfect and awesome He may be.  Yesterday’s scripture for the day may have been Acts 8.  At that time, one may have thought how one may like Acts 7 as well.  Thank You Jesus!
