I Am with You to Bring My Word and Your Work to Completion

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

In a vision I saw someone shoot an arrow from a longbow. The target was a long ways away, like perhaps the distance of the length of a football field. I could see the arrow moving towards the target and then it dropped in elevation, but regained altitude and hit the bullseye. The Lord showed me that the archer represented both the prophet and the person who has a long-term goal. The arrow is the Word. This is what He said: “Even when it looks like you are going to fall short of the Word, or of your goal and intentions, there will be supernatural help to carry you to your destination. Do not be afraid when it looks like you will not make it. I am with you to bring My word and your work to completion.”

Philippians 1:6 being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.

One may have begun to praise the Lord at 3:30 AM and may have entered one’s prayer closet at 3:31 AM due to it being tem

porarily occupied.  One may have confessed one’s sins, thanked the Lord and prayed for the sick.

One may have prayed for a passage of scripture for today’s blog.  One may have been led to Mark 7.  Thank You Jesus!

One may have logged onto the website to pray for outstanding prayer requests.  Thank You Jesus for answering each prayer request according to Your perfect will.  Amen.

One may have read the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin for today.  One may have been encouraged.  Thank You Jesus!

The New Plateau!

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

THE TRUMPET by Bill Burns — Sept. 14, 2009:

Rise up, My people, and take your position on the new foundation that I have established for you in this season, says the Lord.  I put into your hand today a broom that you may begin by sweeping off the ashes of the wood, the hay, the stubble, so that your foundation can be swept clean; so that you will begin again in this season to build with precious gems, gold, and silver.  For I have determined to have a house in the end of the age that is without spot and without wrinkle. It will be a house filled with all the glory of My purposes and the glory of My presence; a house in which people can be healed; a house in which people can receive revelation. It will be a house on which the glory of the Father will come for those in the world to see, and they will know absolutely that there is still a God in Heaven who cares, a God who speaks, and a God who does.  So arise now to your station.  This foundation, My people, is higher than any you have known before.  It has even been called the New Plateau.  It is the plateau of My purposes.  It is the table of the Lord.  It is a habitation where I will come and dine with My people.  I’ll come in this season, and I will prove My kingdom not only to the Church, but to the world itself, says the Glorious One.

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — Sept. 14, 2009:

I am going to shine a light that will bring new definition to your life experience. You will begin to see things in a way that further defines destiny and purpose and illuminates details you have overlooked or taken for granted. You will be able to see spiritually with more clarity, and your perceptions will be forever changed. This is a new work of the Holy Spirit that will come upon you suddenly, says the Lord.
(And, I thought of Paul’s Damascus-Road experience.)

Acts 22:6 “Now it happened, as I journeyed and came near Damascus at about noon, suddenly a great light from heaven shone around me.
9-10 “And those who were with me indeed saw the light and were afraid, but they did not hear the voice of Him who spoke to me. So I said, ‘What shall I do, Lord?’ And the Lord said to me, ‘Arise and go into Damascus, and there you will be told all things which are appointed for you to do.'”

One may have awakened this morning.  The alarm may have gone off and one may have just lain there.  One may have felt discouraged.  One’s body was in pain, one could hardly move.  One’s ankle pain was raging.

The thought to skip this special time with the Lord kept coming to one’s mind.  One thought, “How can one worship the Lord in this pain.”

One may have managed to get up and go into the bathroom.  One thought to do light cleaning, only.  One may have managed somehow to clean the bathroom as usual, through this pain in one’s body.

One may have wondered, “Where is Jesus, why hasn’t He healed me?”  One may have prayed and prayed for the healing of one’s ankle, recently.

One may have started one’s time with the Lord a few minutes late.  One may have sung songs of praise, confessed one’s sins and thanked the Lord.  One may have begun to speak in tongues.

After a while, one thought to leave the bathroom. The desire may have become so strong one could hardly stand it.  One may have fought against it and stayed the full duration, one hour.

One may have finished the last few minutes of one’s time singing to the Lord.

At this present moment, one’s ankle may feel much better.  Thank you Jesus!

Listen, Look and Discern!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — Sept. 11, 2009:

Listen, look, and discern. There are areas in your life where your boundaries have been violated and your authority is being usurped. Be sensitive to these issues and make the necessary adjustments now. You have a window of time and opportunity in which to do this. Otherwise, the problems will only be exacerbated and become more difficult to correct later on. I will open your eyes to see and give you wisdom to accomplish all that I have set you to do, says the Lord.

Isaiah 55:11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

One may have awakened around 2:00 AM.  One may have given one’s grandson cold medicine and something to drink.  One may have prayed for the child to be healed as well, at the onset of these symptoms.  The child may be doing very well as one may write this testimony.  Thank you Jesus!

One may have cleaned the bathroom, showered, confessed one’s sins and then proceeded to the computer.  One may have read the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin before going into one’s prayer closet.

One may have been determined in one’s worship.  One may have wanted to worship in truth and in Spirit.  The previous days message warned of getting into a religious routine.  One may not want religion, but the Lord and all that He has for one.

One may have sung praises to the Lord with all one’s heart, prayed and spoke in tongues.

One may have been sitting on the commode with the top down.  One may have felt a desire to get lower.  One kept up one’s worship for a little while longer; the feeling may have remained.   One may have asked the Lord, “Do you want me to get on the floor?”  One may have got on one’s hands and knees and prostrated oneself out before the Lord.  One prayed for a while, in this position, to the Lord.

One may have gotten back up and continued to pray in tongues.  The last five minutes one may have tried to get quiet before the Lord; one may have been tired and not up to the challenge.  One may have finished one’s time with the Lord praying in tongues.
