You, My People Are The Light Of The World, A City Set On A Hill That Cannot Be Hidden

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — Oct. 28, 2010:

Stand and watch. Be still and listen. For, I am providing opportunities to bring light where there is darkness and truth where there is error. You, My people, are the light of the world, a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden. My light will shine through you to bring truth and life. Don’t be afraid or ashamed to bring forth the gospel in the power of My Spirit, says the Lord.

Luke 11:33 No one, when he has lit a lamp, puts it in a secret place or under a basket, but on a lampstand, that those who come in may see the light.

One may have awakened to the sound of one’s 3:00 AM alarm.  One may have read the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin for today.  One may have been encouraged.  Thank You Jesus!

One may have entered one’s prayer closet.  One may have praised the Lord with song, confessed one’s sins, thanked the Lord and prayed for a passage of scripture for today.  One may have been led to Hosea 2.  Thank You Jesus!

One may have logged onto the website to pray for outstanding prayer requests.  Thank You Lord for hearing and answering each prayer request according to Your perfect will, in Jesus name.  Amen.

A Time Of Repositioning And Preparation For What Lies Ahead

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — April 6, 2010:

Listen and hear, My people, for I am providing opportunities to put things right that have been out of order. What you experience at this time will range from mild corrections to what will seem to be catastrophic events. Be strong and do not be afraid, for I am with you to bring you to new spiritual heights and greater peace and stability. This is truly a time of repositioning and preparation for what lies ahead.

Deuteronomy 31:6 “Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the LORD your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.”

One’s alarm may have gone off at 3:00 AM.  One may not have reset the alarm.  One may have dozed off and overslept for one’s prayer time with Jesus.

One may have awakened a little after 3:30 AM.  One may have read the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin for today.  One may have been encouraged.  Thank you Jesus.

One may have entered one’s prayer closet at 3:40 AM.  Please forgive one for being late this morning, Lord Jesus.

One may have praised the Lord with song, confessed one’s sins, thanked the Lord and prayed for a passage of scripture for today’s blog.  One may have been led to Jeremiah 2.  Thank you Jesus!

One’s dog may have wanted to go outside after one’s prayer closet time had ended.  One may have walked the dog.  Upon one’s return, one may have logged onto the website to pray for outstanding prayer requests.  Thank you Lord Jesus for answering each prayer request according to your perfect will, amen.
