And, Do You Remember That You Will Reap What You Sow

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS:

There is an opening, a window of opportunity that will allow you to see and understand your stubborn resistance as a means to having things your way. In doing this you actually are pressuring those around you to reform in some way, which is a subtle form of manipulation. At the same time, you are finding it very difficult to move ahead because you continually encounter those who are also resistant to you. And, do you remember that you will reap what you sow? Take this opportunity now to let go of your own stubbornness so that you can have breakthrough, says the Lord.

1 Samuel 15:23a For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.

You Can Run, But You Can’t Hide

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 8/30/11:

Make no mistake; I see every detail of your life. You can run, but you can’t hide. Be sensitive to the conviction of My Spirit to bring correction. You can choose to either repent (turn from) all that is unholy and ungodly in your life, or you can carry on with rebellion and disobedience to My word, says the Lord. The choice is yours and so is the harvest. You will reap either the fruit of righteousness or of unrighteousness. Take advantage of this opportunity to adjust the course of your life.

Hebrews 12:11 Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.

Don’t Forget That You Reap What You Sow; It Is An Immutable Spiritual Law

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 8/16/11:

It is of utmost importance that you understand that your authority in any given situation is the direct result of carrying out your responsibilities. If you are reluctant to take responsibility for your motives, actions and attitudes, your ability to progress will be greatly inhibited. Don’t forget that you reap what you sow; it is an immutable spiritual law. Now is the time to make adjustments where necessary so that you will reap a good harvest, says the Lord.

Galatians 6:7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.

Whirlwind

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 1/13/11:

I had a vision of a group of people with each one caught in a mini tornado or a whirlwind. Each whirlwind separated the people from one another, which created a sense of isolation and loneliness. Then, I was reminded of the scripture verse in Hosea 8:7 “They sow the wind, and reap the whirlwind.” And, I realized that sowing the wind relates to being troubled, bitter, agitated, angry, and impatient. When we see our trouble as greater than God’s ability or willingness to bring solutions, we lack faith and are not trusting Him. That wind will reap a whirlwind or bring a storm that we won’t enjoy.

Isaiah 54:17 No weapon formed against you shall prosper.

I have Given Myself For You And I Have Put Myself In You

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

THE TRUMPET by Bill Burns — Sept. 27, 2010:

You are My people.  You are My beloved.  I have given Myself for you and I have put Myself in you.  Therefore, be that which is spoken of in My word.  Be an overcomer.  Be one who worships and gives praise to God Almighty.  Be one who fights the good fight against the enemy when He comes in like a flood.  Raise up the standard of My word as the sword that defeats the enemy.  Indeed you are My battle axes and I go with you to battle.  Fear not for I am with you.  Go forth in the power of My kingdom and defeat the enemy for I have given you authority.  Behold I give you power and nothing by any means shall hurt you.  Have no fear.  Walk with an openness before Me and I will cause your thoughts to be My thoughts and your ways to be My ways, says the Lord God Most High.

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — Sept. 27, 2010:

I  hear the Lord saying that even though you are in a time of harvest this is also a season when the sowers overtake the reapers.  He said that you are also in a time of sowing seeds for the next harvest.  There is an acceleration and what you sow now will reap its reward.  Be careful how you sow.  Be aware of what your seeds are.  Make sure that your good seeds are sown in good ground.

Galatians 6:7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.

Beloved, Be Slow To Anger And Quick To Forgive

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — May 13, 2010:

Beloved, be slow to anger and quick to forgive. I tell you the truth that the enemy has released forces of darkness against you to tempt you to be offended. But, you must stand in a place of forgiveness and not open the door through carnal responses to what other’s have done. Remember that you will reap what you sow; if you are offended with others, you will become offensive. Release all resentment and extend mercy, says the Lord.

James 1:19 So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.

One may have overslept this morning.  One may have gone to bed after 12:00 AM this morning.  One may have been exhausted.  One may have apologized to the Lord before going to sleep.  One may have known in one’s heart that one would not awaken for one’s special time with Jesus.

To one’s dismay it may have been a little before 6:00 AM before one would be awakened by one’s daughter.  One may have read the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin.  One may have been encouraged.  One may have thought to just pray and confess tomorrow morning.

Later this morning, one may have attempted to praise the Lord, confess one’s sins and pray for the outstanding prayer requests online.  One may have done so with interruptions.

One may have just prayed for a passage of scripture.  One may have been led to Ecclesiastes 9.  Thank You Jesus!

Lord Jesus, thank you for answering each prayer request according to your perfect will, amen.
