Discern Your Point Of Stress, And Apply Faith And Trust In Me

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 7/29/11:

Discern your point of stress, and apply faith and trust in Me, says the Lord. Stress comes when you lack understanding and need wisdom. Ask for what you need, and I will give it. Refuse to be afraid of failure, for I will lead you through even the most difficult maze to attain your goal. But, you must rely on Me for guidance and direction. Do not fall back on trusting yourself or your own good ideas. Seek Me instead.

John 15:16 “You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.”

One may have entered one’s prayer closet at 3:30 AM.  One may have praised the Lord with song, confessed one’s sins, thanked the Lord and prayed for a passage of scripture for today.  One may have been led to 2 Chronicles 28 – Ahaz, king of Judah.  Thank You Jesus!

One may have read the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin for today.  One may have been encouraged.  Thank You Jesus!

One may have logged onto the website to pray for outstanding prayer requests.  Lord, thank You for answering each prayer request according to Your perfect will, in Jesus’ name.  Amen.

I Am Your Help In Times Of Trouble; Rely On Me

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 5/11/11:

Take the time to be quiet so that you can be sensitive to My wisdom and My leading. When you give into the temptation to entertain emotional turmoil, you will no longer hear My voice. Instead, the doors will open for the enemy’s confusion to flood in. Refuse to allow the devil to have any ground in you whatsoever, quiet your soul, and trust Me to direct your steps, says the Lord. I am your help in times of trouble; rely on Me.

Psalm 9:9-10 The LORD also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble. And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; for You, LORD, have not forsaken those who seek You.

Have Faith In Me To Show You The Way, Says The Lord

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 1/26/11:

Watch for key opportunities to overcome in areas that have represented a lack of confidence and failure. Now is a time when you can break through to higher ground, but you must not give in to the doubt and fear that the enemy will tempt you with. Instead, you must completely rely on Me to give you wisdom and direction. Have faith in Me to show you the way, says the Lord.

Psalms 32:8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.

One may have overslept this morning.  One may have awakened on one’s own and may not have had and idea as to what time it may have been.  After a while one may have decided to check the time.  It may have been 4:10 AM.

One may have entered one’s prayer closet around 4:35 AM.  One may have praised the Lord with song, confessed one’s sins (including being late for one’s prayer time), thanked the Lord and prayed for a passage of scripture for today’s blog.  One may have been led to Job 24 .  Thank You Jesus!

One may have logged onto the website to pray for outstanding prayer requests after leaving one’s prayer closet.  Thank You Lord for answering each prayer request according to Your perfect will, in Jesus’ name.  Amen.
