In A Vision I Saw…

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 11/26/2010:

In a vision I saw small openings in the heavenlies like little windows, but each one would stay open for a short time and be gone and another would open for a short time and close. I sensed that these windows represented opportunities to receive, but I also had the sense that if we procrastinate in taking advantage of these opportunities, we could miss them.

Malachi 3:10 “Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and try Me now in this,” Says the LORD of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it.”

One may have awakened early.  One may have read the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin for today.  One may have been encouraged.

One may have entered one’s prayer closet at 3:30 AM.  One may have praised the Lord with song, confessed one’s sins, thanked the Lord and prayed for a passage of scripture for today’s blog.  One may have been led to Daniel 2.  Thank You Jesus!

One may have logged onto the website to pray for outstanding prayer requests.  Thank You Lord for hearing and answering each prayer request according to Your perfect will, in Jesus’ name.  Amen.

This Is A Time When Course Correction Is Necessary On Many Levels

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 11/5/2010:

This is a time when course correction is necessary on many levels. Your destiny requires progression along the right path, and when you deviate from the chosen route, correction in the way of life and thought becomes a priority. I will give you a renewed sense of purpose in the process of getting you back on track. Be prepared to move ahead with confidence and a fresh anointing to accomplish kingdom purpose, says the Lord.

Proverbs 3:6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

One may have awakened to one’s alarm at 3:20 AM.  One may have snoozed for five minutes more.  One may have read the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin for today.  One may have been encouraged.  Thank You Jesus!

I Will Lead You, Says The Lord

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — Sept. 9, 2010:

Do you hear the sound of the trumpet blast? It is the predominant sound in the realm of the Spirit to call you, My people, to come up higher. Those of you who have ears to hear will hear the sound that resonates with your heart to draw near to Me to receive instruction and direction for the next significant phase of your journey. Quiet your soul and listen with a sense of purpose and intention, ready to move forward with resolve and determination. I will lead you, says the Lord.

Psalms 47:5 God has gone up with a shout, The LORD with the sound of a trumpet.

One may have awakened a little before midnight and may have fallen asleep after 2:00 AM.  One may have wanted to be physically refreshed and revitalized before one’s prayer time with Jesus.

One may have awakened on one’s own.  It may have been close to 6:30 AM.  One may have overslept and may not have heard one’s alarms as they may have signaled for one to get up for one’s special time with Jesus.

One may have jumped up and may have quickly read the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin for today.  One may have been encouraged.  Thank You Jesus!

One may have entered one’s prayer closet.  One may have praised the Lord with song and confessed one’s sins.  One may have had to leave one’s prayer closet and may have finished one’s prayer time in one’s bedroom.  One may have finished confessing one’s sins and one may have thanked the Lord.

One may have prayed for a passage of scripture later in the day.  One may have been led to Mark 16.  Thank You Jesus!

One may have prayed for the outstanding prayer requests this afternoon.  Lord, thank You for answering each prayer request according to Your perfect will, in Jesus’ name.  Amen.
