SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS:

Watch out for the temptation to take control where you have no responsibility or authority. Situations will arise that are startling and have the potential of throwing you into a tailspin, but you must not react with plans of your own to find solutions or to change things so that you will be more comfortable. You must settle in your heart the fact that things will happen that are beyond your ability to fix. That is when you can ask Me to give wisdom and direction beyond your finite understanding, says the Lord. Trust Me!

James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

You Don’t Have To Be Right To Save Face, But You Need To Be Righteous

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — Oct. 29, 2010:

I kept hearing the phrase “settle the score” in my spirit. And, I heard the Lord say: You will have opportune moments to clear the air and to settle things that have represented potential problems and misunderstandings. Instead of trying to avoid conflict, you will need to face the problem and bring truth with a humble spirit. You don’t have to be right to save face, but you need to be righteous.

James 3:18 Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.
