Beloved, Be Slow To Anger And Quick To Forgive

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — May 13, 2010:

Beloved, be slow to anger and quick to forgive. I tell you the truth that the enemy has released forces of darkness against you to tempt you to be offended. But, you must stand in a place of forgiveness and not open the door through carnal responses to what other’s have done. Remember that you will reap what you sow; if you are offended with others, you will become offensive. Release all resentment and extend mercy, says the Lord.

James 1:19 So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.

One may have overslept this morning.  One may have gone to bed after 12:00 AM this morning.  One may have been exhausted.  One may have apologized to the Lord before going to sleep.  One may have known in one’s heart that one would not awaken for one’s special time with Jesus.

To one’s dismay it may have been a little before 6:00 AM before one would be awakened by one’s daughter.  One may have read the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin.  One may have been encouraged.  One may have thought to just pray and confess tomorrow morning.

Later this morning, one may have attempted to praise the Lord, confess one’s sins and pray for the outstanding prayer requests online.  One may have done so with interruptions.

One may have just prayed for a passage of scripture.  One may have been led to Ecclesiastes 9.  Thank You Jesus!

Lord Jesus, thank you for answering each prayer request according to your perfect will, amen.

Be Strong And Courageous Against Every Power Of Darkness, Says The Lord

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — January 26, 2010:

Watch for the enemy to try to gain access by provoking you through aggravation. Refuse to allow the devil to have any control over you whatsoever. When irritation presents itself, be slow to anger and quick to forgive. Division is an effective weapon against you, My people. Rise up and resist every temptation that would lead to sin in your heart. Be strong and courageous against every power of darkness, says the Lord.

James 1:19-20 So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God

One may have awakened last night, sometime after 11 PM.  One may have been busy doing things that one needed to get done.  One may have stayed up from that time on.

Around 3:20 AM one may have checked the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin.  One may have been encouraged and was glad for the help.

One may have been aggravated shortly before reading this message from the Lord.  One may have confessed one’s sin and forgave the individual as was suggested in today’s prophecy.

One may have entered one’s prayer closet on time and begun one’s praise and worship at 3:30 AM.  One may have confessed one’s sins, thanked the Lord and prayed for the sick.

Lord, thank you for hearing and answering the prayers for the sick, in Jesus’ name, amen.  One may have prayed for a passage of scripture for today and was led to Isaiah 44.

One may have left one’s prayer closet at 4:30 AM.  One may have been tired.  One may have logged onto the website to pray for outstanding prayer requests.

Lord, thank you for answering each prayer request according to your perfect will, in Jesus’ name, amen.

While lying down, one’s phone may have mysteriously begun to play I Corinthians.  One may have been tired and let it play.  One may have awakened later and turned it off.  One’s sleep may have been peaceful up to that point.  One may have gone back to sleep.

Later, one may have awakened and found that I Corinthians was playing again. One may have just had a dream.  An individual in the dream was quoting scripture. One may have asked the individual if they could quote any scripture from the Bible? The individual may have said, “Yes.”  One may have thought the dream demonic even though scripture seemed to be spoken; one may not be able to recall any of the verses.

One may believe something is wrong with one’s cell phone. One may have prayed over one’s phone while rebuking and binding the enemy and one’s phone worked okay for a while.

One’s phone may be acting weird again.  It may play the Bible or if it’s on a certain screen, it chooses options until it cannot go any further.  One may have received a call and was unable to answer the call and had to call the individual back.

Lord Jesus, please have your way with one’s cell phone, in Jesus’ name, one may pray, amen.
