How Long Will You Falter Between Two Opinions

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS:

How long will you falter between two opinions? (1 Kings 18:21) You entered into My kingdom by faith in the Son of God. And it is by faith that you were justified. You stand by faith and walk in faith. Yet (and I speak to many) you question My existence and have chosen to sit down like a stubborn donkey until I, the Lord, prove Myself through your circumstances. You must rise up and renew yourself in your most holy faith, says the Lord, before you will be able to move forward.

James 4:8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

Be A Watchman

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

THE TRUMPET by BILL BURNS:

A new spiritual habitation is being presented to us, and Jesus is saying, “Come up here, and I will show you things. Things you need to know. Be a watchman. Become like the sons of Issachar who have understanding of the times and seasons.”

1 Chronicles 12:32a of the sons of Issachar who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do…

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS:

The stand that you have taken against the enemy is being challenged. Now you must decide what to do about that. Will you just sit down in defeat because your ground is too hard to hold? Or, will you rise up in faith and authority to re-establish and maintain your victory? The choice is yours, but I am with you and behind you to gain and keep the victory, says the Lord.

1 John 5:4 For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world-our faith.

Beloved, Move Through Every Hindrance That Would Keep You From Progression

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 4/26/11:

Beloved, move through every hindrance that would keep you from progression. Refuse to allow anything to stand in the way of advancement in spiritual understanding and kingdom revelation. I am bringing you higher spiritually, but you must first have the desire for greater wisdom and discernment, and then refuse to allow anything to hold you back. Continue in the way of discovery and maintain a pure heart and a steadfast spirit, says the Lord.

Proverbs 25:2 It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, But the glory of kings is to search out a matter.

Watch For Opportunities To Forgive And Move On When Temptation Arises For Offense

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 3/17/11:

Watch for opportunities to forgive and move on when the temptation arises for offense. You may feel discounted or rejected, but you must not take it as a personal assault. This is the work of the enemy to get you to open the door to sin. These are times when you must return good for evil and stand on righteous ground, says the Lord.

Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

One may have felt better this morning.  Thank You Jesus!

Be Awake And Aware

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 3/16/11:

Refuse to let your guard down. The enemy is doing what he can to bring plausible temptation that will open the door for him to take advantage of you. If the devil can get the upper hand you will soon be embroiled in an all-out spiritual battle designed to overwhelm you. Now is the time to stand your ground as you set a watch and discern his subtle tactics, says the Lord. Be awake and aware!

2 Corinthians 10:5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.

One may not have felt good this morning.  One may have decided to press through one’s circumstance.  One may be glad that one may have.  Thank You Jesus for strengthening one.

Stand Your Ground And Protect The Seed, Which Is My Word And My Promises Sown In Your Heart

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 1/07/2011:

Set a watch, and refuse to allow your thoughts to take you down the path that leads to discouragement and despair. The enemy desires to steal your faith and expectation of My goodness, says the Lord. But, you must stand your ground and protect the seed, which is My word and My promises sown in your heart. Take care of of your inheritance, and be a good steward of what you’ve been given and what you’ve been given to do.

Luke 8:15 But the ones that fell on the good ground are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with patience.

This Is The Time Of The Release Of My Glory Upon The Earth

It’s All About Jesus!

THE TRUMPET by Bill Burns — 11/22/2010:

You must enter into the rest of God and that, My children, would mean that you have presented to Me those things which trouble you to such an extent of love and faith that you are able, indeed, to enter in.  For, it is in this rest that you shall be perfected, encouraged and renewed before My throne and in My presence.   You will find that your hope now becomes faith which brings forth the manifestation of My kingdom in your life — faith that receives the promise and compels you to walk in the glory of My kingdom.  So enter this rest today for it has been given to you  for such a time as this that you might be renewed, healed and perfected in My ways and by the power of My spirit.  Remember this, I am for you and not against you.  This is the time of the release of My glory upon the earth.  And, this release will come forth from you first.  For you have been in a place of transformation and changed from glory to glory by the presence of My Spirit.  Rise up with new hope.  Rise up with courage to believe that I have not only called you but that I will use you to bring forth the manifestation of My kingdom, says the Lord your God.

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 11/22/2010:

Don’t worry about feeling a little out-of-pocket or strange. You are sensing the spiritual battle that rages around you as the enemy is jockeying for position and trying to regroup. You must stand on the firm foundation of truth, and refuse to allow lies to undermine your strength, says the Lord.

Psalms 27:1 The LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?

You, My People Are The Light Of The World, A City Set On A Hill That Cannot Be Hidden

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — Oct. 28, 2010:

Stand and watch. Be still and listen. For, I am providing opportunities to bring light where there is darkness and truth where there is error. You, My people, are the light of the world, a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden. My light will shine through you to bring truth and life. Don’t be afraid or ashamed to bring forth the gospel in the power of My Spirit, says the Lord.

Luke 11:33 No one, when he has lit a lamp, puts it in a secret place or under a basket, but on a lampstand, that those who come in may see the light.

I Am With You To Bring You Through Every Trial In Victory

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — Oct. 13, 2010:

Do not concern yourself with how others perceive you. Only concern yourself with your relationship to Me, says the Lord, and remember My love for you that is everlasting. It does not matter what others might think, believe or say; what matters is that you put your absolute faith and trust in Me and not in men. I will never leave you nor forsake you, and I am with you to bring you through every trial in victory. Stand solidly on that assurance.

Isaiah 33:6 Wisdom and knowledge will be the stability of your times, and the strength of salvation; the fear of the LORD is His treasure.

One may have had a challenging night.  One may not have been feeling too well and may have prayed one’s way through the symptoms.  Before one may have fallen asleep, one may have had chills and a stuffed up nose.  One may have prayed against these ailments and this may have been the beginning of a long night.

One may remember awakening and feeling chest congestion.  One may have prayed to the Lord, asking Him to remove the blanket of congestion over one’s lungs.  He may have.  One may have awakened numerous times more and prayed for whatever may have been ailing one until most of the symptoms had subsided.

One may have entered one’s prayer closet at 3:30 AM.  One may have praised the Lord with song.  One may have prayed a brief prayer and may have gone back to bed.  One may not have been feeling up to par.

One may not have taken medication last night.  One may have trusted Jesus first and foremost.  One may be feeling much better now; no, fever, stuffy nose, just occasional coughing or the blowing of one’s nostrils.  One may have even felt like running an errand this evening.

I Go Before You And Am Also Your Rear Guard

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — Oct. 1, 2010:

Sharpen your discernment to see the tactics of the enemy to manifest his will in your surroundings, and do not be dissuaded by his lies. Rather stand in the truth of My Word and be strengthened by the goodness of My thoughts and intentions toward you. You must choose to be strong in Me and in the power of My might as the enemy goes about like a roaring lion seeking an opportunity to devour you, says the Lord. I go before you and am also your rear guard.

Isaiah 52:12 For you shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight; for the LORD will go before you, and the God of Israel will be your rear guard.
