Keep In Mind This Too Shall Pass

It’s All About Jesus!

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 2/10/11:

You will need to step back from the things that trouble you in order to see more clearly and to perceive My work in the midst of all that is happening in and around you. This has to be a deliberate decision on your part if you are to gain a broader perspective. Keep in mind that this too shall pass. Time and chance will not allow you to stop the progression of life, says the Lord.

Ecclesiastes 9:11 I returned and saw under the sun that-the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, nor bread to the wise, nor riches to men of understanding, nor favor to men of skill; but time and chance happen to them all.

One may have entered one’s prayer closet at 3:30 AM.  One may have praised the Lord with song, confessed one’s sins, thanked the Lord and prayed for a passage of scripture for today’s blog.  One may have been led to Exodus 12.  Thank You Jesus!

One may have logged onto the website to pray for outstanding prayer requests.  Thank You Lord for answering each prayer request according to Your perfect will, in Jesus’ name.  Amen.

One may have read the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin for today.  One may have been encouraged.  Thank You Jesus!

Now Is The Time To Become A New Wineskin To Hold Fresh Wine

It’s All About Jesus!

Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — Oct. 6, 2010:

In this outpouring of My Spirit, the revelation, wisdom and understanding that you receive will become a stabilizing force in your life as it becomes part of your spiritual awareness. My part is the pouring out; your part is to cooperate with the flow of My Spirit and to willingly receive all that is available to you even when it comes as a result of particularly challenging times. Grapes do not become wine until they are pressed. Now is the time to become a new wineskin to hold fresh wine, says the Lord.

Matthew 9:17 “Nor do they put new wine into old wineskins, or else the wineskins break, the wine is spilled, and the wineskins are ruined. But they put new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved.”

One may have awakened early this morning.  One may have read the Spirit of Prophecy Bulletin for today.  One may have been encouraged.  Thank You Jesus!
